Admissions & Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Admissions & Marketing Manager to lead student recruitment across our International Foundation, Undergraduate, and Postgraduate programmes. You will shape the institution’s growth by developing strategies that attract and enrol high‑quality students.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive admissions strategy to exceed enrolment targets.
• Lead the admissions team, ensuring a smooth application process and timely decisions.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective students, parents, and academic counselors.
• Plan and run digital and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, PPC, and content creation.
• Produce marketing collateral such as brochures, website updates, and social media assets.
• Organise open days, webinars, and promotional events.
• Develop partnerships with schools, universities, and educational consultants.
• Monitor enrolment data, lead conversion rates, and marketing performance, using analytics to optimise tactics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in admissions, student recruitment or education marketing.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using CRM and analytics tools.
