Admissions Officer

About the role

COTHM NGT is looking for an Admissions Officer in Lahore to connect prospective students with its hospitality management education. As the first point of contact, you guide applicants through the enrollment process, match their goals with the institution's programs and act as a brand ambassador for the hospitality training community.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end student recruitment process by answering inquiries and explaining hospitality management programs.
• Hold personalized counseling sessions to help students align their career aspirations with COTHM NGT offerings.
• Review and process admission applications, checking that documents meet institutional and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate campus tours and orientation events to show facilities and culture.
• Maintain accurate records in the student information system to track enrollment trends and applicant status.
• Work with the marketing team on outreach strategies and report recruitment metrics and feedback to leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail when handling multiple administrative tasks.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to ethical, honest and inclusive guidance.

Required skills

• Proficiency in standard office software and willingness to learn enrollment management systems.
• Preferred: enrollment management systems, hospitality industry knowledge, public speaking, data reporting and event coordination.
