Admissions & Processing Officer – Europe

About the role

The Admissions and Processing Officer – Europe will manage the end‑to‑end admission journey for Pakistani students targeting European universities. Based in Lahore, the role involves guiding candidates through application preparation, ensuring compliance with university and visa regulations, and providing pre‑departure support.

Key responsibilities

• Assist students in completing university applications for destinations such as Germany, France, Sweden, Finland and other European countries.
• Verify that all academic and visa documentation meets the specific requirements of each institution and embassy.
• Maintain regular communication with partner universities and consular offices to track application status.
• Prepare and review Statements of Purpose, transcripts, and other supporting documents.
• Provide accurate pre‑departure counseling, including travel, accommodation and settlement advice.
• Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to achieve enrollment targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
• Proven experience in European admissions and visa processing.
• In‑depth knowledge of admission procedures for Germany, France, Sweden, Finland and other major European destinations.
• Strong communication and counseling abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Effective internet research and information‑gathering skills.
