About the role

Join Pearson VUE as a Test Administrator at our Lahore centre and play a key part in delivering secure, high‑stakes examinations for a wide range of professional and academic candidates. You will work in a dynamic environment, ensuring each test taker experiences a smooth and compliant testing process.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, and check‑in candidates, verifying identification documents.
• Enforce exam security policies and procedures throughout the testing session.
• Proctor and invigilate candidates while they complete their exams.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as IT, to resolve any technical issues that arise.
• Perform basic housekeeping tasks, including vacuuming floors and sanitising workstations.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict security protocols.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
• Team‑player attitude with a willingness to support colleagues.
