About the role

Join Pearson VUE as a Test Administrator at our Lahore centre. This permanent, part‑time position involves delivering secure, high‑stakes examinations while providing excellent customer service to a diverse range of candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome, greet and check‑in candidates arriving for exams.
• Verify identification documents and explain exam rules and procedures.
• Proctor and invigilate candidates throughout the testing session.
• Ensure compliance with all security and testing policies.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with the IT department.
• Perform basic housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming and sanitising workstations.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict security protocols.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
