About the role

As an Advisory Board Member at Aware2Act Youth, you will provide strategic guidance on health, climate and social awareness programs. This volunteer position involves regular on‑site meetings in Pakistan and active participation in shaping the organization’s priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance on programs related to health, climate and social awareness.
• Participate in regular on‑site board meetings and review initiatives.
• Support planning, evaluation and impact measurement of projects.
• Contribute to fundraising, partnership discussions and resource allocation.
• Advise on outreach, communication strategies and governance.
• Mentor youth leaders and share domain expertise.

Required profile

• Ability to apply finance and fundraising skills for budgeting and donor engagement.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities for evidence‑based recommendations.
• Experience in marketing to guide communication and community outreach.
• Prior involvement in youth‑focused or social impact initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to on‑site participation in Pakistan on a volunteer basis.
• Background in public health, climate action, social sciences or nonprofit management is a plus.
