Water Supply Pumping and Network Expert

About the role

The position involves conducting geological and geomorphological investigations to support water resource projects, including site selection for boreholes and water intake structures.

Key responsibilities

• Perform geological mapping, logging of boreholes and cores, and integrate geophysical data for subsurface characterization.
• Support installation of dipper tubes in water supply pumpsets and monitor water levels.
• Assess geological constraints and hazards affecting infrastructure development.
• Prepare technical inputs, maps and reports for water supply infrastructure planning.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Geology, Engineering Geology or related field.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in engineering geology, water resources or geotechnical investigations.
• Strong field‑based skills and ability to work onsite for the next two months.
