AG RDT Tester – Rapid Antigen Testing (Karachi)

About the role
The AG RDT Tester will join the field team in Karachi to conduct rapid antigen testing for patients. Working under the supervision of a Field Supervisor, the incumbent will perform nasal swabs, run the tests, and communicate results while maintaining strict confidentiality and safety protocols.
Key responsibilities
- Collect nasal swab samples from patients following standard procedures.
- Perform Rapid Antigen Tests and record results accurately.
- Report daily testing data using a smartphone or laptop.
- Don and doff personal protective equipment (PPE) according to guidelines.
- Inform patients of their test outcomes and provide counseling while respecting confidentiality.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience as a Nursing Assistant or in a related healthcare role.
- Intermediate knowledge of infection control and PPE usage.
- Ability to work flexibly across various locations in Karachi.
