Agile Product Manager – AI Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Agile Product Manager to own AI‑focused product outcomes, turning business goals into prioritized, testable backlogs and driving adoption across proof‑of‑concept, pilot and scale phases. You will lead discovery, manage roadmaps, coordinate delivery teams and ensure measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage AI product roadmaps, translating business outcomes into AI use cases, acceptance criteria and success thresholds.
• Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews and prioritization sessions to build and maintain a value‑driven backlog.
• Coordinate delivery teams using Scrum, Kanban or SAFe, managing scope, timelines, client expectations and delivery risks.
• Oversee AI product releases from PoC through pilot to full scale, ensuring data readiness, model evaluation, deployment, monitoring and retraining.
• Drive change management, user adoption, training and rollout for AI solutions.

Required profile

• 10+ years of product management or product ownership experience, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML or data‑intensive products.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and facilitation skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Data Science or a related field.

Required skills

• Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• AI/ML product lifecycle knowledge (data readiness, model evaluation, deployment, monitoring, retraining).
• Backlog ownership and prioritisation based on value, feasibility and risk.
• Experience with responsible AI, privacy, governance and observability.
