About the role

This hands‑on position drives client acquisition for legal‑services offerings using AI‑powered strategies, marketing automation, and B2B outreach. You will build scalable lead pipelines, design lead‑scoring and nurture systems, and work closely with legal teams to convert prospects into retained clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch AI‑enabled lead‑generation campaigns targeting investors and corporate clients.
• Develop and maintain sales funnels, lead‑scoring models, and nurture sequences to boost conversion rates.
• Integrate and optimise marketing automation platforms, CRMs, and AI/NLP predictive‑analytics tools.
• Conduct market segmentation, competitive analysis, and define high‑value client personas.
• Produce data‑driven reports and dashboards on pipeline health, ROI, and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with lawyers and client managers to craft tailored messaging and qualify legal needs.
• Continuously test and refine messaging, channels, and AI models to improve lead quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience building B2B lead pipelines with AI tools, marketing automation, and CRM systems.
• Strong data‑analysis skills, including SQL or advanced spreadsheet work and dashboard creation.
• Familiarity with AI/NLP tools for prospecting, email personalization, and predictive lead scoring.
• Hands‑on experience with outbound channels such as LinkedIn outreach, email sequences, content‑driven acquisition, and paid media.
• Experience designing lead‑scoring frameworks, A/B testing, and lifecycle marketing.
• Understanding of confidentiality and compliance in professional services.
