Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

A creative, motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist is sought to join the team. The role combines LinkedIn outreach, social media content creation, graphic design, email marketing and B2B lead generation. It is a full-time position based on site at the Shalimar Link Road innovation co-working space in Lahore.

Key responsibilities

• Find and connect with potential clients on LinkedIn, write personalized outreach messages and follow-ups, and manage prospecting and lead generation campaigns.
• Design professional LinkedIn and social media posts, including graphics and carousels, using tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
• Write engaging LinkedIn posts, captions, promotional and business content.
• Write cold emails and follow-up sequences, build personalized outreach campaigns and optimize content to improve response rates.
• Research and identify B2B clients, build and manage targeted lead lists, generate qualified leads and help schedule client meetings.
• Track outreach performance and campaign results.

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or lead generation.
• Strong English writing and communication skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and outreach.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Required skills

• Good graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools).
• Understanding of cold email marketing and B2B lead generation.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io or HubSpot is a plus.
