AI Instructor

About the role

Edversity, part of the Rapidev Group, is seeking an AI Instructor to teach practical Artificial Intelligence skills to fresh graduates and beginners. You will lead daily lectures and labs, guiding trainees from Python basics to building generative AI applications for their portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver daily lectures and hands‑on labs following the approved curriculum.
• Break complex AI concepts into simple, practical steps for trainees with no prior AI exposure.
• Prepare lesson plans, slides, notebooks, assignments and quizzes.
• Guide trainees through mini‑projects and a final capstone project.
• Track attendance, assess progress and submit reports to the program team.
• Run extra support sessions for trainees who fall behind and keep course material up‑to‑date with new AI tools.

Required profile

• BS or MS in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML or AI application development.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly in English and Urdu.
• Patience and genuine interest in teaching beginners.

Required skills

• Strong Python programming, including Pandas and Scikit‑learn.
• Working knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Hands‑on experience with LLM APIs, LangChain or LlamaIndex, and vector databases.
• Experience deploying at least one AI model or application.
