AI Multimedia Producer & Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative and data‑driven AI Multimedia Producer & Social Media Manager to lead our digital content and advertising initiatives. The role blends AI‑powered video production with social media growth and performance marketing across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create short‑form and long‑form video content using AI tools such as Runway, HeyGen, Invideo, Sora, CapCut, Adobe Firefly, and similar platforms.
• Produce engaging Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts and promotional videos aligned with brand guidelines.
• Develop AI prompts to ensure consistent high‑quality output.
• Manage and grow presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube; plan, schedule and optimise content calendars.
• Monitor audience engagement, community interactions and stay up‑to‑date with platform trends.
• Build, launch and optimise paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads and YouTube Ads.
• Track and improve key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR and conversion rates through A/B testing and retargeting.
• Analyse performance data using Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager; generate reports and actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, content marketing or social‑media growth.
• Hands‑on experience with AI content generation tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, HeyGen, Invideo, etc.).
• Proven track record of managing paid advertising campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Strong understanding of social‑media algorithms and best practices.
• Experience creating engaging video content for social platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
