AI Process Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented AI Process Consultant to work with organizations in documenting, analysing and improving their business workflows. The role involves using AI tools daily to accelerate research, drafting, design iteration and quality checks.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with stakeholders to understand current operations, observe workflows and identify bottlenecks.
• Create detailed workflow maps, process diagrams, SOPs and system documentation with screenshots.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend automation and AI implementation opportunities.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, present findings to leadership and produce executive summaries.

Required profile

• Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to learn unfamiliar business processes quickly.
• Comfortable working independently on multiple projects and communicating with U.S.-based clients.

Required skills

• Experience with process mapping and workflow documentation.
• Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation concepts.
