About the role

The AI Project Lead will drive AI‑focused initiatives from discovery through delivery, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and client expectations. This role bridges the gap between technical teams and stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable plans.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct requirement discovery sessions, understand business needs, and recommend AI‑driven solutions.
• Assess project requirements, prepare technical proposals, and align stakeholders on scope.
• Work closely with implementation teams to translate requirements into clear technical execution plans.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and technical challenges early, and drive resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Present completed solutions, manage technical discussions, and maintain strong client relationships from kickoff to delivery.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of AI technologies, automation workflows, and software development life cycles.
• Experience gathering client requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Ability to prepare technical proposals and assess project feasibility.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client‑facing communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and ensure successful project execution.
• Knowledge of data security principles and best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
• 4–5 years of experience leading AI, automation, or software delivery projects.
