About the role

BrightBench Labs is a startup building a cycle‑synced workout planner for women. They need a creative professional to produce high‑volume short‑form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, using AI tools to keep the feed fresh and engaging.

Key responsibilities

• Produce 15–60 second videos at scale using AI video, image and voice platforms.
• Write concise scripts and hooks focused on fitness, women’s health and app features.
• Edit videos with captions, transitions, music and pacing optimized for TikTok and Reels.
• Generate multiple variations of a single idea to test different hooks and formats.
• Monitor video performance metrics and replicate successful patterns.
• Maintain an organized library of prompts, templates and assets.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with AI video tools such as Gemini, Runway, HeyGen or similar.
• Proficiency in video editing software like CapCut, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Familiarity with AI image and voice tools (e.g., Midjourney, ElevenLabs).
• Strong written English for scripts and on‑screen text.
• Ability to work quickly and produce bulk content without sacrificing quality.
• Portfolio of short‑form videos (required).

• Video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
• AI image generation (Midjourney)
• AI voice synthesis (ElevenLabs)
