Digital Media Specialist

About the role

The company seeks a creative Digital Media Specialist to manage and grow its social media presence, produce engaging visual content, and support event promotion across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily activity on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Create and design posts, stories, reels, promotional graphics and short‑form videos for exhibitions, conferences and corporate events.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar, write captions and craft promotional campaigns including announcements, teasers, countdowns and post‑event recaps.
• Cover live events through photos, videos and reels, edit short‑form videos and produce highlight reels.
• Monitor trends, suggest new formats, analyze performance metrics and propose improvements to increase reach and follower growth.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in social media management and digital content creation.
• Strong visual sense, creative thinking and ability to generate fresh content ideas.
• Good written communication, caption‑writing skills and ability to work under tight deadlines, especially during events.
• Independent yet collaborative, comfortable in a fast‑paced event environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic design.
• Video editing skills using CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Hands‑on experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn platforms.
