AI/ML Engineer – Machine Learning, LLMs, Python

About the role

Phenologix is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to contribute to AI-driven projects across Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and large language models. You will help design, develop, and integrate intelligent automation solutions for our global client base.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI/ML applications using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn and related libraries.
• Assist in building and integrating LLM‑based solutions, prompt workflows, and AI automation use cases.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for AI models and automation pipelines.
• Integrate APIs, webhooks, and REST services to embed AI capabilities into business processes.
• Collaborate with software engineers to test, debug, document, and deploy AI solutions.
• Stay current with emerging AI/ML, LLM, and automation technologies.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience with AI/ML, LLMs, or AI automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• NumPy, Pandas, Scikit‑learn.
• TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and LLM concepts.
• Basic knowledge of REST APIs and webhooks.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) or AI‑agentic workflows is a plus.
