Airbus A320 Captain – Experienced Pilot

About the role

We are looking for a safety‑focused Airbus A320 Captain to operate scheduled and charter flights from Lahore. The role demands strong leadership, decisive decision‑making and excellent crew resource management to ensure a safe and comfortable passenger experience.

Key responsibilities

• Command and operate Airbus A320 family aircraft in line with SOPs, aircraft limits and aviation regulations.
• Conduct comprehensive pre‑flight planning, including weather analysis, NOTAM review, fuel planning and performance calculations.
• Lead the flight crew using effective CRM principles and coordinate with ATC, operations control, ground handling and maintenance.
• Make timely operational decisions on route changes, diversions, delays and emergencies.
• Complete all flight documentation accurately and report technical defects or safety concerns.
• Maintain proficiency through recurrent training, simulator sessions and line checks.

Required profile

• Valid ICAO ATPL and current Airbus A320 type rating.
• Class 1 Medical Certificate and Instrument Rating.
• English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher (ICAO).
• Minimum 3,500 total flight hours, including 1,500 PIC hours and 500 PIC hours on the A320 family.
• Recent A320 flying experience and commercial airline background.
