A‑Levels Coordinator

About the role

The A‑Levels Coordinator will work full‑time on‑site in Faisalabad, overseeing the academic schedule and delivery of A‑Level courses. The role ensures that curricula meet standards, supports students through academic challenges, and maintains strong communication with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor academic progress and ensure alignment with A‑Level standards.
• Organise support mechanisms for students facing academic difficulties.
• Coordinate schedules, timetables, and classroom resources.
• Facilitate effective communication between teachers, students, parents, and external partners.
• Maintain a positive learning environment and address any academic issues promptly.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Advanced knowledge or experience in academic advising, curriculum planning, and student counselling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with teachers, students, and parents.
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities to improve educational outcomes.
• Proficiency in using technology for academic management and administrative tasks.
• Previous experience in an educational or administrative role is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
