Amazon Account Manager (US Marketplace)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Amazon professional to take full ownership of our Amazon US Seller Central account, managing listings, advertising, inventory and account health for our private‑label safety‑gear brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Amazon US Seller Central account.
• Optimize product listings, including titles, bullets, backend keywords, A+ Content and Brand Store.
• Plan, run and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands and Display) focusing on ACoS and TACoS.
• Handle FBA inventory planning, shipment creation and restock forecasting.
• Monitor account health, policy compliance and resolve cases with Seller Support.
• Manage Brand Registry, protect against hijackers and unauthorized sellers.
• Grow reviews and ratings using compliant programs such as Vine and Request a Review.
• Track sales, conversion and competitor activity and report results with clear action plans.
• Support new product launches and promotions including coupons, Lightning Deals, Prime Day and Q4.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing Amazon US seller accounts.
• Proven track record of growing sales and improving profitability for a private‑label brand.
• Strong knowledge of Seller Central, FBA, Brand Registry and Amazon Ads.
• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• Experience with industrial safety, PPE or work‑wear products is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive or similar tools.
• Excel / Google Sheets analytical skills.
