Marketing and Events Coordinator

About the role

The Marketing & Events Coordinator at Recruit AI supports and executes marketing strategies, manages social media platforms, and coordinates brand events and retail activations. The role requires a proactive, organized individual who can handle multiple priorities while maintaining brand consistency and visual appeal.

Key responsibilities

• Create and edit engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other digital channels, focusing on skincare education, product features and lifestyle themes.
• Produce video reels, stories and feed posts using mobile shooting and editing tools.
• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar to ensure consistent posting and audience engagement.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages and customer inquiries.
• Support and coordinate brand events, activations and in‑store campaigns, liaising with internal teams, retail staff, suppliers and vendors.
• Assist with e‑commerce operations, order processing, fulfillment and customer queries.
• Collect, maintain and analyse data on sales, social media engagement and stock levels, preparing regular reports.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in marketing or retail operations.
• Proficient in content creation using digital tools and comfortable managing social media calendars.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Excellent organizational capabilities and ability to collaborate across departments and external partners.
