About the role
The Outreach Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi. This position is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and community stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of Digital Lynks services and value.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and community stakeholders.
- Plan and execute outreach initiatives to promote Digital Lynks services.
- Respond to inquiries and provide customer support to ensure satisfaction.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders to improve engagement strategies.
- Conduct research to identify potential partners and new opportunities.
- Prepare written materials such as emails and proposals for outreach campaigns.
- Support community-focused campaigns and collaborate with internal teams to align efforts with marketing, product development, and business objectives.
