Amazon KSA & Noon KSA Marketplace Manager (Onsite, Islamabad)

About the role

An HVAC and industrial products company based in Saudi Arabia is expanding its e-commerce presence on Amazon KSA and Noon KSA and is hiring a full-time, onsite Marketplace Manager in Islamabad. The role covers everything from finding winning products to managing listings, advertising, inventory and profitability reporting, and calls for someone who can work independently and make data-driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Product research and hunting using tools such as Helium 10, Keepa and Jungle Scout tailored to the Saudi market
• Create and optimise SEO listings in English and Arabic with strong content and A+ visuals
• Plan, launch and manage Sponsored Ads on Amazon KSA and Noon, optimising for ACOS and ROAS
• Monitor competition and set smart pricing to stay competitive
• Forecast demand and manage FBA/FBN stock levels to avoid stockouts and overstock
• Track COGS, ad spend, fees and returns, and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports
• Maintain account health and seller metrics, resolving policy or performance issues proactively
• Identify new opportunities, category launches and seasonal campaigns for the KSA market

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of hands-on Amazon or Noon marketplace management experience
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to own targets independently
• Good written and spoken English
• Preferred: prior experience managing Amazon.sa or Noon.com/sa accounts, familiarity with the Saudi consumer market and peak seasons, and ability to create or review Arabic product content

Required skills

• Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and/or Noon Seller Lab
• Experience with research and analytics tools such as Helium 10, Keepa, Jungle Scout or similar
• Understanding of ACOS, ROAS, conversion rate, BSR and P&L
