Amazon Operations Officer

About the role

Level3 BOS is looking for a proactive Amazon Operations Officer to join its fast‑growing e‑commerce team. You will be responsible for managing daily activities on Amazon Marketplace, ensuring product listings are accurate, inventory is well‑coordinated, and the account complies with Amazon policies.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and optimise Amazon product listings while adhering to marketplace policies.
• Maintain product catalogs, manage SKUs, variations and keep inventory records accurate.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify pricing trends and business opportunities.
• Monitor listing performance and recommend optimisation strategies to boost visibility and sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product information, inventory updates and promotional activities.
• Track stock levels, assist with inventory planning and support order processing.
• Resolve operational issues and handle customer‑related inquiries on Amazon accounts.
• Prepare operational reports and keep documentation up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central and marketplace operations.
• Strong analytical ability for competitor and market research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational capabilities.
• Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast‑paced night‑shift environment.
