Amazon PPC & Brand Manager

About the role

GNO Partners, a fully remote agency founded by two former Amazon brand founders, is hiring experienced Amazon Brand Managers to own end-to-end growth for 7- and 8-figure Amazon brands. As a Senior Amazon Brand Manager you will combine strategy with hands-on execution across PPC, organic ranking, pricing and offer strategy, and P&L optimization, working with internal specialists and the client's team to hit revenue and profit targets.

Key responsibilities

• Own PPC management end-to-end: campaign build, optimization, keyword harvesting, budget and bid management, and performance reviews following SOPs and playbooks.
• Drive organic ranking through Search Query Performance analysis, keyword research and clustering, and listing optimization (titles, bullets, A+).
• Structure and test pricing, coupons, deals and bundles to lift conversion rate and protect margin, and plan event moments.
• Read and improve the brand P&L, optimize ad spend and Amazon fees, and keep contribution margins healthy.
• Coordinate basic supply chain needs (restock plans, inventory risk, forecasting) and fix catalog issues such as suppressions, variation merges and splits, and browse node problems.
• Use DataDive and Helium10 to map competitors and keyword gaps, and deliver weekly summaries and action plans.

Required profile

• 4-5+ years managing or advising Amazon brands at $3M+ annual revenue (minimum).
• Proven track record improving ACOS, CVR and organic rank through coordinated PPC, SEO and offers.
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills and fluency with P&Ls and contribution margin.
• Nice to have: experience across US/EU/UK marketplaces and categories, listing creative testing, and variation strategy expertise.

• Helium10 (Cerebro, Keyword Tracker), DataDive and Sellerboard (or similar P&L tools).

The role is full-time and remote, with typical hours 7:00-15:00 EST (flexible).
