About the role

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead B2C and SaaS user acquisition from zero to scale. You will own the full growth loop, from positioning and audience segmentation to viral mechanics and monetization.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and execute end‑to‑end B2C/SaaS growth strategies, including positioning, persona development, pricing, and funnel design.
  • Design, launch, and continuously optimize paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube and emerging platforms.
  • Own the entire customer lifecycle—awareness, acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
  • Run rapid growth experiments such as landing‑page tests, creative A/B tests, referral programs, and viral loops.
  • Develop and monitor CAC/LTV models, cohort retention, unit economics and budget allocation.
  • Build and scale viral/social mechanisms to reduce acquisition costs.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to create compelling campaigns and in‑product growth levers.
  • Manage relationships with agencies, creators, freelancers and vendors.
  • Establish reporting dashboards and provide regular updates to founders and studio leadership.

Required profile

  • 5‑7 years of B2C/SaaS performance or growth marketing experience, with a proven record of launching products from 0 to 1.
  • Deep understanding of consumer psychology, viral mechanics and product‑led growth.
  • Experience working directly with founders or in venture‑building/studio environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field; MBA is a plus.

Required skills

  • Expert‑level proficiency with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Advanced knowledge of TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads and emerging social platforms.
  • Hands‑on experience with lifecycle/CRM marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills for CAC/LTV modeling, cohort analysis and unit‑economics tracking.
