Amazon Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist to own inventory planning, supplier coordination, and supply chain optimization for our clients. The role is fully remote and focuses on ensuring smooth operations and sustainable growth for Amazon‑based eCommerce brands.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast inventory demand using historical sales data and seasonality, monitor weeks of cover, and set reorder points.
• Create replenishment plans, manage Amazon FBA shipment planning, and track production, shipping, customs, and warehouse deliveries.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to resolve delays and bottlenecks.
• Negotiate supplier quotations, onboard new vendors, and identify cost‑saving opportunities while maintaining product quality.
• Monitor Inventory Performance Index (IPI), stranded, reserved, aged, and excess inventory, and support inventory reconciliation.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory forecasts, sales trends, and supply‑chain risks, providing actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in Amazon supply chain, procurement, or inventory management.
• Proven track record with Amazon FBA operations and Seller Central.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with experience negotiating pricing.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills in a fast‑paced environment.
