Analyst, Commercial

About the role

Foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a highly driven Analyst, Commercial for its team in Pakistan. The ideal candidate is a significant individual contributor who works independently while staying close to the management team, with hands-on exposure and a direct impact on commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Use analytical tools to give insights and recommendations for the growth of the commercial business nationwide
• Analyse data to give visibility and transparency to commercial stakeholders and unlock growth opportunities
• Track performance KPIs against daily, weekly and monthly targets
• Build KPI dashboards, reports and presentations to set monthly targets and achieve month-over-month business goals
• Identify ways to improve solutions and strengthen the customer experience
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders, understand their challenges and recommend solutions
• Develop, maintain and update project plans from idea to launch and growth
• Support the development and execution of a robust portfolio strategy

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Data Science or a related discipline
• 2-4 years of experience in strategic analysis, planning and execution
• Excellent analytical skills and business acumen to build strong business cases
• Commercially focused and consumer centric, able to turn information into clear ideas
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus

Required skills

• Knowledge of relevant tools and systems, including SQL, Tableau and Google Sheets
• SQL proficiency is preferred
