Android Developer (Kotlin) – Islamabad

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Android Developer to design, build and maintain high‑performance mobile applications. The role focuses on Kotlin development within Android Studio and requires close collaboration with UI/UX designers, backend engineers and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences. The position is based in Islamabad and follows a 9 am‑6 pm schedule, Monday to Saturday.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and Android Studio.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers for seamless integration.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
• Implement new features and enhance existing functionalities.
• Ensure application quality through testing and performance monitoring.
• Stay updated with the latest Android development trends, tools, and best practices.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in Android application development.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Kotlin and Android Studio.
• Understanding of Android architecture, lifecycle, and design patterns.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and third‑party integrations.
• Comfortable using AI‑assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, or Claude.
• Knowledge of Firebase, SDK integrations, and app publishing process is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Residents of Islamabad or Rawalpindi are preferred.
