Appointment Setter - Cold Caller

About the role

Mixt Academy is expanding its outbound sales support team to increase student enrollments across UK and international markets. As an Appointment Setter you will handle high‑volume outbound calls, qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales and academic counselling teams.

Key responsibilities

• Make 150+ outbound calls per day using provided leads and databases.
• Qualify prospects efficiently based on defined criteria and book at least 5 qualified appointments daily with decision‑makers.
• Follow call scripts, adapt communication as needed, and handle objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate call records, notes and outcomes in the CRM or tracking sheets.
• Coordinate with sales and counselling teams for smooth handovers and ensure high show‑up rates.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in cold calling, appointment setting, call centre or sales roles.
• Strong English communication skills and high tolerance for rejection.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Stable internet connection, headset and ability to work in a focused office setup.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Experience using dialers or lead management tools.
