About the role
We are seeking energetic appointment setters and sales representatives to engage US prospects during the night shift. The role focuses on outbound calling, understanding client needs, and setting qualified appointments.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US‑based prospects.
- Understand prospects’ needs and respond intelligently.
- Handle objections and keep conversations productive.
- Qualify prospects and generate appointments.
- Maintain professional communication and accurate call records.
Required profile
- 2+ years of outbound calling experience in the US market.
- Excellent communication skills with a clear American/neutral accent.
- Strong listening and comprehension skills.
- Confident objection handling without relying entirely on scripts.
- Natural, friendly communication style and quick thinking.
- Persuasive, professional, and target‑driven personality.
