About the role
Join Bright Mark Agency as a Call Support Agent for a USA digital marketing campaign. This night‑shift position involves handling inbound and outbound calls for US‑based clients from our Lahore office.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Communicate effectively with USA‑based clients and provide accurate service information.
- Maintain call records, customer interactions, and follow‑ups.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets while maintaining a customer‑focused approach.
Required profile
- Good English communication skills (speaking and listening).
- Confident, positive, and professional attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work night shifts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
