AR Collections Specialist – Night Shift (US Client)

About the role

We are looking for an AR Collections Specialist to join our finance team supporting a US engineering and risk consulting firm. The role is based in Lahore and works US Central hours (night shift) to manage a portfolio of about 500 open invoices.

Key responsibilities

• Own an aging portfolio: track invoices by bucket and follow up overdue items via email and phone with US customers.
• Manage customer billing portals: upload invoices and service sheets in SAP Ariba, GEP SMART, Coupa, Payee Central, SABIC, Legal Tracker and resolve rejections.
• Support AR billing: understand milestone and time‑and‑materials billing and send invoice copies from the ERP or by email.
• Resolve disputes: investigate short‑payments or holds, coordinate with project managers and accounting to provide required documents or credit memos.
• Collaborate with billing team and project managers, keeping notes and status updates clear for all stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in AR collections or credit control, including phone outreach.
• Experience with US customers preferred; UAE/GCC, multinational or BPO background also valued.
• Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable communicating with US finance teams.
