Architecture Manager – Lead Design Delivery

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to lead client‑side design management and architectural delivery across the full project lifecycle, from concept and feasibility through design development, construction, and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural design delivery across concept, schematic, detailed design, tender, construction, and handover stages.
• Act as the primary interface between the client, consultants, PMC, contractors, and key stakeholders for architecture, interior design, and civil works.
• Serve as the Design Guardian, ensuring approved design intent, quality, functionality, aesthetics, and project requirements are maintained.
• Review, evaluate, and validate consultant submissions for compliance with project requirements, codes, and best practices.
• Manage and coordinate local and international multidisciplinary consultants, ensuring delivery within timelines and quality standards.
• Lead multidisciplinary design coordination across Architecture, Civil & Structural, MEP, Infrastructure, Landscape, and specialist disciplines.
• Support feasibility studies, design briefs, technical due diligence, and project development activities.
• Lead value engineering, material evaluation, and design optimisation to improve cost efficiency and lifecycle value.
• Provide architectural oversight during construction, including review of shop drawings, mock‑ups, technical queries, and site inspections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture with 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience managing local and international Tier‑1 consultants on large‑scale developments.
• Experience in high‑rise, commercial, residential, mixed‑use, hospitality, or major infrastructure projects.
• Background in client‑side, developer, PMC, or leading consultancy environments preferred.
• Strong track record from concept design through construction and project handover.

Required skills

• PCATP registration (preferred).
• BIM certification (preferred).
