About the role
We are looking for an energetic Area Sales Executive to drive property sales across an assigned territory. You will build strong client relationships, uncover new business opportunities and meet revenue targets for Zameen.com, Pakistan’s leading real‑estate portal.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales within the designated area or territory.
- Identify and acquire new customers while nurturing long‑term relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Conduct market visits to generate leads and close sales opportunities.
- Present Zameen.com’s products and services to potential clients and negotiate contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads and client interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
- 1‑4 years of experience in sales, business development or field sales.
- Strong relationship‑building and problem‑solving abilities.
- Effective time‑management and ability to work independently.
