Area Sales Executive

About the role

The Area Sales Executive will be based on‑site in the Gilgit, Skardu or Chitral region and will drive sales of Honda motorcycles and related products. You will work directly with dealers and key accounts to achieve assigned sales targets while representing the brand in a challenging mountainous market.

Key responsibilities

• Visit dealers and key accounts daily to monitor stock levels, support order booking and ensure timely delivery and proper product display.
• Implement sales and marketing plans, organise promotional activities and gather market intelligence.
• Provide regular feedback on competitor actions, customer preferences and market trends.
• Maintain strong relationships with the dealer network and act as the primary point of contact for the territory.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports to management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in territory sales management, dealer relationship management and field sales execution.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyse sales performance data and draw competitive insights.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer‑service skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; automotive or FMCG sales experience is a plus.
• Comfortable with frequent travel across the assigned area and capable of working independently.
• Familiarity with motorcycle or automotive products and local market dynamics is advantageous.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with digital reporting tools.
