Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations of all Loafology Bakery & Café outlets in Islamabad. The role focuses on delivering operational excellence, consistent customer experiences, and meeting sales and profitability targets across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor operations of all Loafology Bakery & Café outlets in Islamabad.
• Ensure consistent implementation of SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop outlet managers and staff to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular branch visits and operational audits to identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance, productivity, inventory management, and cost controls.
• Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, HR, and Maintenance to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Handle customer complaints and operational issues with timely resolution.
• Prepare operational reports, analyze KPIs, and recommend strategies to improve sales and efficiency.
• Support new outlet openings, promotional campaigns, and other business initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in the F&B, café, bakery, or restaurant industry, including managing multiple outlets or teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently between outlets within Islamabad.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with POS or reporting systems.
