Assistant HR Manager

About the role

The Assistant HR Manager will support daily HR operations for Pizza Online’s fast‑growing online pizza delivery business. Based in Renala Khurd, this full‑time, on‑site role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and training support.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate selection.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and ensure a smooth integration into the team.
• Handle employee relations issues and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Support performance management processes, including reviews and feedback.
• Facilitate training initiatives and track participation.
• Monitor compliance with HR policies, local labour regulations and company standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance and local employment regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment.
• Previous experience in the fast‑service or food industry is an advantage.
