Assistant Manager Finance (AP & Operations)

About the role

JazzSure Insurance is looking for an Assistant Manager Finance (AP & Operations) in Karachi. The role manages key accounts payable activities, vendor reconciliations, payments and insurance claims-related financial processes, ensuring compliance with internal controls, tax requirements and approval protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable, including invoice verification, booking, approvals and timely vendor payments
• Conduct vendor reconciliations, resolve outstanding balances and address payment queries
• Review and process insurance claims payments with complete documentation and proper approvals
• Work with Claims and other teams to ensure timely claims settlements
• Ensure compliance with company policies, approval matrices and tax requirements, and support month-end closing and reporting
• Contribute to automation and process improvements and maintain strong financial controls

Required profile

• CA Finalist, CA, ACCA or equivalent professional accounting qualification
• 3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting
• Hands-on experience in accounts payable, vendor management, payments and reconciliations
• Exposure to insurance claims accounting and payment processing is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and attention-to-detail skills, with good time management
