Assistant Manager – HCM & OD (Onsite, Lahore)

About the role

The company is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead Human Capital Management (HCM) and Organizational Development (OD) initiatives. This onsite position in Lahore will support talent acquisition, employee development, and strategic HR planning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes and attract top talent following HR best practices.
• Design, implement and continuously improve OD programs such as performance management, succession planning, competency frameworks and employee development.
• Develop and coordinate training, learning initiatives and career progression plans.
• Promote an inclusive, high‑performance culture through employee engagement and team‑building activities.
• Enhance the employer brand and social media presence to boost talent attraction and retention.
• Partner with senior management to align human capital strategies with business objectives.
• Manage and optimise HRIS platforms and recommend tools for workforce productivity.
• Oversee attendance, leave and time‑tracking processes ensuring policy compliance.
• Monitor HR metrics, provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of post‑qualification HR experience, especially in people management and organizational development.
• SHRM or similar HR certification is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, talent management and OD principles.
• Proven ability to manage teams, drive change and support business growth.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly professional, disciplined and presentable.
