Assistant Manager – HR (Talent Acquisition & Performance Management)

About the role

Recruit AI is seeking an Assistant Manager – HR specializing in Talent Acquisition and Performance Management to join its Lahore office. The role will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for both blue‑collar and white‑collar positions and drive KPI‑based performance appraisal processes across factory, retail, sales and head‑office functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding and probation evaluation for diverse roles.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines using job portals, employee referrals, campus hiring and other sourcing channels.
• Support manpower planning aligned with organisational goals and produce regular HR reports on hiring trends, retention and performance metrics.
• Implement, monitor and continuously improve KPI‑based performance management and appraisal systems.
• Oversee Management Trainee and apprenticeship programmes from recruitment through placement.
• Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to enhance hiring quality, employee retention and workforce productivity.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and contribute to process improvement.
• Utilise HRIS and ERP systems to manage employee data and streamline HR operations.

Required profile

• Significant HR experience, especially in recruitment for blue‑collar and white‑collar positions within the manufacturing sector.
• Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal abilities to partner with multiple departments.
• Ability to work independently without direct team management responsibilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS systems.
• Experience using ERP platforms.
