About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager – Internal Audit to strengthen our internal audit function at Hub Pak Salt Refinery’s head office in Karachi. The role will support the Audit Manager in planning, executing and reporting audit activities across the manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

Assist in developing annual audit plans and risk‑based audit schedules.
Perform field audits of financial, operational and inventory processes.
Evaluate the design and effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.
Prepare audit workpapers, findings and management reports.
Follow‑up on corrective actions and monitor remediation progress.
Collaborate with ERP and finance teams to ensure data integrity.

Required profile

MBA in Finance, CA, ACCA or ICMA (part‑qualified).
5–8 years of audit experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical, reporting and communication abilities.
