Assistant Manager – Learning, OD & Culture

About the role

BYD Pakistan, Mega Motor Co is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead Learning, Organizational Development and Culture initiatives within its Human Resources department. The role focuses on designing and delivering strategic learning programs that align with business goals and foster a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute comprehensive learning and development programs across the organization.
• Identify training needs, manage the corporate training calendar and track learning effectiveness.
• Drive organizational development interventions, map competencies with department heads and lead performance‑management cycles.
• Champion corporate culture projects, manage employer‑branding initiatives and monitor HR metrics related to talent retention and organizational health.
• Implement talent‑management strategies, oversee leadership‑development frameworks and steer change‑management programs to embed core values and operational excellence.

Required profile

• BBA or MBA in Human Resources; certifications in OD or L&D are a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, and corporate culture initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking, emotional intelligence and program‑management capabilities.
• Excellent public‑speaking, empathy and cross‑functional coordination skills.
