Assistant Manager – Project Management (Civil Construction)

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager – Project Management to lead the planning, execution and supervision of civil construction projects across our retail network. The role focuses on on‑site coordination, quality assurance and cost control to ensure timely delivery of high‑standard facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise civil construction activities on site, interpreting drawings and bill of quantities (BOQs) to guide contractors and consultants.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors and consultants to maintain smooth project execution.
• Ensure all works comply with approved specifications, quality standards, HSE policies and site safety protocols.
• Monitor project progress, material usage and site productivity; prepare daily progress reports and resolve on‑site issues.
• Support cost control through quantity verification, wastage reduction and accurate reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BE/BSc).
• 4‑5 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and QA/QC processes.
