Assistant Manager - SAP Infrastructure Services

About the role

Cybernet is looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager to support and enhance SAP systems at its Head Office in Karachi. This full‑time, onsite position offers the chance to work in a fast‑paced, innovative telecom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and development for SAP systems using ABAP.
• Develop and maintain BAPI and ALV reports.
• Prepare comprehensive functional and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve technical and functional issues.
• Deliver end‑user support and training across relevant SAP modules.
• Assist in integrating and optimizing processes within FI, CO, and MM modules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 3–4 years of SAP ABAP development experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• SAP certification is a plus.
