Assistant Manager - Social Media Content

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative Assistant Manager to lead the planning and execution of visually compelling content across our social media channels. The role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on production, ensuring every post reflects the brand’s identity while driving engagement and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop monthly and campaign‑based content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
• Conceptualize and design aesthetic posts, reels, stories, and short‑form videos.
• Direct product, lifestyle, and campaign photoshoots to guarantee high‑quality visual output.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and editors to produce and approve assets.
• Publish and optimize content daily on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations and user‑generated content initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate insights, and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Communication, Design or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in social media content creation or digital marketing.
• Strong visual storytelling ability and up‑to‑date knowledge of social media trends.
• Proven experience managing photoshoots and creative productions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
