Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition will lead bulk hiring initiatives for a fast‑growing call‑center operation. You will partner with branding, operations and finance teams to attract, evaluate and secure high‑performing Customer Service Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end recruitment processes, focusing on large‑scale hiring for BPO environments.
• Develop and execute media strategies, advertising plans and employer‑branding campaigns.
• Collaborate with department heads to set recruitment budgets and design competitive compensation packages.
• Travel to recruitment events, conduct on‑site interviews, open houses and campus tours.
• Create and maintain recruitment materials, interview tools and tracking systems to monitor hiring effectiveness and turnover.
• Analyse employee performance and demographic data to forecast future staffing needs.
• Maintain relationships with referral networks and external sourcing channels.
• Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics and communicate hiring strategies across the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 + years experience leading recruitment, preferably in bulk hiring for BPO or call‑center settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight hiring targets.
• Leadership mindset with a results‑oriented approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office suite.
