About the role

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging lectures and seminars in healthcare management, policy, quality improvement, and health economics.
• Update and enhance curriculum to reflect current trends and best practices.
• Conduct high‑quality research and publish in peer‑reviewed journals.
• Supervise student projects, theses, and dissertations.
• Utilise learning management systems and educational technologies to improve instruction.
• Establish collaborations with hospitals, public‑health agencies, and industry partners for internships and research.

Required profile

• PhD in Healthcare Management or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum four years of relevant academic or professional experience.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, policy, quality management, and health economics.
• Demonstrated teaching effectiveness at the university level.
• Record of scholarly publications and research activity.
