Assistant Professor – Physical Therapy (Lahore)

About the role

Riphah International University seeks a dedicated Assistant Professor in Physical Therapy to join its faculty in Lahore. The successful candidate will deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses, integrate modern teaching methods, and support students in clinical and research activities.

Key responsibilities

• Teach Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Sciences using lectures, demonstrations, and practical sessions.
• Develop curricula, lesson plans, assessments, and instructional materials aligned with accreditation standards.
• Supervise clinical instruction, placements, and internships in collaboration with hospitals and rehabilitation centers.
• Evaluate student performance, provide feedback, and mentor research projects, theses, and dissertations.
• Conduct scholarly research, publish in peer‑reviewed journals, and present at conferences.
• Participate in curriculum review, accreditation processes, and community outreach initiatives.

Required profile

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree with a PhD or enrollment in a PhD program.
• Minimum four years of combined teaching, clinical, and research experience.
• Strong publication record and active involvement in scholarly activities.
• Commitment to evidence‑based practice and continuous academic development.
